Jon's parents came for the weekend.
The kids were very excited to see them.
Jon's mom is very crafty and brought crafts to do with the kids.
Kiki and Eden had fun making scarecrows and turkeys with her.
Jon took the opportunity of the extra hands to help him put up the Christmas lights.
I get so nervous when Logan gets up on the roof... It is so high!

Once the lights were up we headed over to a DOW BBQ cook off where we ate burgers and had a taste of some mighty good chicken.
Our good friends the Traynors who were our Saudi neighbors were there too.
The kids had fun playing with their friends.
That night Jon, Logan, and I headed to Home Depot to pick up some supplies and stopped by a new Japanese restaurant and had a yummy ramen bowl!
