Quarantication week 15: June 14-20
This week started out yet again with a wonderful Sabbath where Jon and I gave talks and Julien gave a wonderful lesson on obedience. The kids enjoyed singing primary songs as we waited for everyone to be ready for church.
Oh this cutie pie!
My friend Nicole was in town this weekend for her daughters reception and had rented a beach house in Surfside. We decided to go spend some time with her at the beach. The boys enjoyed playing with Spencer, Josh, Sydney and her husband.
Tired girl fell asleep snuggling her big brother!
This week I attempted to build my own barre.
I have wanted one for a long time. Julien and Jon helped me make it.
I think it turned out pretty good. I wish it was sturdier but am happy with the end result.
I don't know how I ended up with paint on my face. lol
Keilani was eager to get her first ballet lesson.
So we dressed her up and worked on some basics!
Legos!
The boys can spend hours building and playing legos.
Makes me so happy to watch them play together and have them be so creative.
Doctor Keilani!
This week I started some swim lessons with Keilani.
She is nearly 4 and I am eager for her out of her puddle jumper and proficient in the water.
4 o'clock snacks are always a hit!
Fun in the pool!
The littles enjoy joining our work out session!
A few weeks back Jon taught Kiki and Eden to play Pokemon.
They are obsessed! They play for hours, multiple times a day, until late at night.
Even Logan has joined in on the fun.
It warms my heart to watch them play.
Dance class covid 19 style!
Game night!
Julien and Logan's friend Chandler came down for a few days to spend some time with the boys.
They had fun cooking, climbing trees, throwing tomahawks, swimming, making movies (Horse Mask series), and staying up late talking.
My siblings and I wanted to do something special for my parents before they leave for Congo.
We decided on a book where we each wrote notes, and had pictures of all of their children, grandchildren, as well as various memories we had. It was a lot of work. But I think it turned out great!
Keilani's Hair Salon!
Eden thought it would be a great idea to set up a tent and go camping.
He, Kiki, and Jon had big plans for this weekend.
I planned a photoshoot for our family this week.
I wanted to have nice family pictures taken with all of us before Julien leaves.
Last family pictures for 3 years....
Took a while for this little lady to warm up to the idea that someone other than mom was taking pictures. After a little while she was happy to pose!
I am grateful Alaina was able to do the shoot for us.
She is so talented! I cannot wait to see what she got!
It was a quiet night with everyone camping out...
... until one by one they all came back in... lol!
