On shore at sea

This weekend the boys had the opportunity to go deep sea fishing with the Young Men.
They had a lot of fun!

Julien caught a Jack fish but did not keep it because he was told it was not good to eat.

Logan caught a King fish.

While the boys went out at sea, Jon and I decided to take the littles to the beach for a few hours.

The next day, Jon went out with another group of YM and caught a King fish as well.

Jon and Logan spent Sunday afternoon breading and frying their fish.
They seemed to really like it.

fake it til you make it!

I continuously tell my kids to try and try and keep trying until they succeed.
"Fake it til you Make it" I say.
I truly believe that we the right mindset you can achieve anything you want.
But today I came across this quote by Richard G Scott which expresses my feeling more perfectly.

Tag yourself

These Magre genes are strong.
I think Julien and I must really look alike since Facebook seems to think I'm him in nearly every picture!

Forgiving makes us Happy

I love how this little one is so attentive and loves to read scriptures.

It's show time!

And that's a wrap! The two shows went great! I am so proud of Kiki and all of my ballerinas. They danced beautifully! I loved teaching these beautiful girls this year.

Kiki did a great job!
I was so happy to see her shine on stage today.

Special thanks to Rylie, my "dance mom" who got Kiki ready and took care of her while I was backstage. She was such a big help!
